Subscribers interested in changing their subscription seats or adding a seat will need to issue a change request. You can make a change request online, via your renewal form, or over the phone. Simply provide a brief description of your ideal seats, your desired series, and what you would like to do if your request is unavailable. Remember: if your desired seats are unavailable, you can always keep your original subscription seats.

After the renewal deadline is past (and all subscribers have had the opportunity to secure their subscription seats), the Box Office begins processing change requests. The Box Office processes change requests in the order they receive them, so the earlier you renew, the better chance you have of receiving your desired seats.

Subscribers have several options for renewing their subscriptions.

• Renew online by visiting PNB.org/Renew.
• Renew via mail by filling out your PNB renewal form and mailing it to 301 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109.
• Renew over the phone by calling the PNB Box Office at 206-441-2424. If you have questions about your subscription, this is our recommended method!
• Renew in person at the PNB Box Office at 301 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm). You can also renew in person at McCaw Hall before your performance during Reps IV and V. Bring your renewal invoice to make this process as smooth as possible! Please note: while it is a convenient option, renewing at McCaw Hall can be rushed, due to busy lines and performance times. If you have questions about your subscription, we recommend visiting or calling the PNB Box Office during regular hours.
